Sometimes life's ups and downs can feel completely overwhelming, and our ability to cope somehow disappears. You want so badly to be able to just function the way you used to, or to be able to cope the way others seem to be able to cope. Maybe you struggle with low self-esteem and feel completely stuck in cycles of thinking. This feeling could be new, or maybe you've been struggling for a long time hoping that things would get better. Either way, you've had enough and want to feel better as soon as possible.
It can feel overwhelming when you feel stuck and don't know what to do. You are not alone. Everyone experiences anxiety and depression in their lives to some degree, but when it feels out of control, it's important to ask for help. You don't have to do this alone.
I want to help you make sense of why you feel the way you do, and walk with you on the path towards building the life you truly want to live. I want to really dig in and get to the root of the issue so that you can get relief quickly. I hope to foster a healing space in which you find the freedom to develop insight into why you feel the way you do right now, and explore new ways to cope that are connected to your underlying needs and goals.
