What types of therapy do you offer?

I offer individual therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, and life transitions, as well as DBT skills groups. I am EMDR certified and like to use an eclectic approach, incorporating aspects of DBT, CBT, IFS, and psychodynamic therapy. Sessions are available online and in person for clients in Bala Cynwyd and the greater Philadelphia/Main Line area.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy can help if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others. A therapist can help you make sense of why you feel the way you do and guide you toward practical tools for relief and lasting change.

Do you only provide EMDR in Bala Cynwyd?

Do you offer online therapy in Pennsylvania?

Yes. I provide HIPAA-compliant online therapy for adults and teens ages 14+ anywhere in Pennsylvania, so you can get support from the comfort of home.

What issues do you specialize in?

I specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are high-achieving adults who struggle to slow down or feel at peace.

What is DBT therapy, and how does it help?

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) helps people learn skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and reduce impulsive behaviors. It’s evidence-based and highly effective for people who feel emotions deeply or have difficulty coping with stress.

How long does therapy take to work?

Many clients begin noticing changes within the first few weeks. The length of therapy depends on your goals — some people come for short-term support, while others find long-term therapy helps them maintain growth and insight.

Do you accept insurance or private pay?

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a receipt (superbill) to submit for possible reimbursement. Many clients use HSA or FSA cards for sessions. My rate is $175 per 50 minute session.

Where are you located?

My office is located in Bala Cynwyd, PA, convenient to the Main Line, Lower Merion, and Philadelphia suburbs. I also offer online sessions for clients across Pennsylvania.

What can I expect during the first session?

Your first session is a chance for you to share what’s bringing you in and for us to explore whether we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about your goals and begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges.
